Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping bag, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
